20. Braunauer Zeitgeschichte-Tage „Schwieriges Erbe“
19 Jahre nach dem „Unerwünschten Erbe“ 1992

After his Bar Mitzvah during March of the Living 2011 in the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum Oscar winner Branko Lustig participated in the 20th Braunau Contemporary History Days “Difficult Legacy” in Braunau am Inn, Austria in September.
The survivor of Auschwitz and Bergen-Belsen is am member of the International Council of Austrian Holocaust Memorial Service, which invited him to the event. Lustig supports the idea of Austrian historian Andreas Maislinger to realize a “House of Responsibility” in Braunau. Lustig also visited the grave of Emilie Schindler, wife of Oskar Schindler, in Waldkraiburg.
